1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be of legal drinking age where you live. Keep your access password private and provide accurate account information. NONOTS is educational and does not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.
2. What the service does
NONOTS combines photo recognition, structured wine information, external sources, market observations and your Wine DNA. Scan results can be incomplete or uncertain. We label uncertainty and may say “we don’t know” when a fact cannot be verified.
3. Prices, ratings and recommendations
Prices are observations or ranges, not guaranteed offers. Availability, taxes, bottle size, region and restaurant markups can change the comparison. Critic and community ratings remain the opinions of their sources. TasteMatch, PriceSense and the Bullshit Index are decision aids, not objective guarantees of quality, value or personal enjoyment.
4. Plans and AI limits
The FREE and PLUS plans include configurable monthly AI-use limits. Unused scans do not roll over. A request is not sent to the AI provider after the applicable limit is reached. Web subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Mobile subscriptions, when offered, are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not create a refund except where required by law or the payment provider’s rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of photos you upload. You give NONOTS permission to store and process them only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or images containing unnecessary personal information.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass usage limits, probe other accounts, upload unlawful content, automate abusive request volumes or attempt to extract protected third-party content. We may restrict access needed to protect users, providers or the platform.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep NONOTS available and accurate, but external sources, networks and AI services can fail. To the extent allowed by law, NONOTS is not liable for purchase decisions, restaurant charges, alcohol consumption, unavailable products or indirect losses resulting from reliance on a scan.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account from the profile. Saved wines, Wine DNA and stored photos are removed after any active subscription is cancelled. We may update these terms and will show the effective date here.
